Dr (Barr.) Olumuyiwa Adu “Cubana” is a man of strong faith, good character and great wealth who was born without a silver spoon into the family of Pa Joseph and Madam ‘Layo Adu (both deceased).
The philanthropist -extraordinaire belongs to the famous High Chief Sao Adu William’s dynasty at Iro quarters in Akure, Ondo State.
His grandfather- Adu Williams-Falokun , an Akure warlord, led many wars including the epic Akure – Benin battle of supremacy to checkmate the Edo Intruders in the 19th century.
Olumuyiwa as a precocious teenager withstood adversity to conquer societal deprivation before emerging a global achiever with an untainted reputation and loads of Intercontinental accomplishments.
On several occasions, he has not only survived many calumnous campaigns against his resources and worth, but has miraculously escaped, unscathed physical incidents that should have claimed his life and property.
Dr Adu had indelible and incredible imprints in the military before venturing into legal practice, accounting, security consultancy, oil and gas Industry and partisan politics. He has recorded excellent results in these different endeavours.
The sociable APC Chieftain has shown, with practical examples, enviable leadership traits and generosity that have attracted him to a large team of supporters, followers and admirers, culminating in multiple academic awards, traditional decorations, spiritual elevations, and political promotions.
