DR OLUMUYIWA ADU “CUBANA” MOURNS THE PAINFUL EXIT OF SENIOR HIGH CHIEF SUNDAY OLUBODUN, THE OLISA OF AKURE

Dr Barr. Olumuyiwa Adu “Cubana” has sent his condolences over the passing of Senior High Chief Sunday Olufemi Olubodun – The Olisa of Akure Land who transited to eternal glory on June 8, 2026.

In a press release made available to the public, Dr Adu expresses his deep sorrow at this painful demise and describes the late traditional Prime Minister as a pillar of unity and strength with deep cultural values and impacts.

Dr Adu states that the legacy and sacrifices of the departed leader will forever be cherished across many generations and his exit will be missed sorely by his family members, friends, business associates, Akure community and Ondo state at large.

Dr Adu empathizes with Akure kingdom, Ulisa community and Olisa dynasty at this moment of monumental grief as the loss of this illustrious son and dependable custodian will leave a vacuum that will be extremely difficult to refill.

Dr Adu prays for fortitude for all his loved ones to bear this devastating and irreplaceable loss, and heavenly repose for the departed soul.
