….Pledge to support his senatorial aspiration
Earlier today, the Association of Juju Musicians of Nigeria, Akure South Chapter paid a courtesy visit to Dr (Barr.) Olumuyiwa Adu “Cubana” at his Alagbaka residence in Akure, Ondo State.
The team was led by their Chairman, Mr Olufemi Akinola aka Olojuede, a Juju maestro with many blockbuster albums to his credit.
The Chairman during his remarks appreciated the support that the team has enjoyed from the APC Chieftain who is widely renowned for his kindness, empathy, competence and compassion.
“Sir, you’re a kind hearted leader, a man of purpose and a pillar of truth and trust. Our members have resolved to work with you on your political aspiration.”
He stated further: “We know things will get better if you’re elected as a Senator.
“You’re an oasis that is already filled with water before the commencement of the rain.”
The philanthropist extraordinaire thanked the musicians for the visit and received their presence with innumerable pleasure.
“You visit gives me great joy as partners in progress. I will continue to support your profession and will personally attend your shows whenever I am invited,” Dr Adu submitted.
It’s on records that Dr Adu has donated millions of naira to promote local talents in musics, arts and movies, underpinning his good intentions to add values to human existence and improve personal well-being of the people.
Dr Adu advised them to be more focused and creative in order to enjoy wider patronage, relevance and recognition both at home and abroad.
