The viral video of the lost- but- found Ilara woman has exposed the extent of desperation of politicians and their paid agents to smear the good image of Dr Olumuyiwa Adu “Cubana” -The leading aspirant for the Ondo Central Senatorial race.
This unsuccessful attempt to link the Ilara woman with the Ondo Central Senatorial Hopeful -ADU Cubana was shown in a viral video that was poorly manipulated to satisfy some devilish whims and selfish caprices.
Despite the fact that the lady in question, Mrs Tilewa Olatunde Funke has granted interviews and at no point was Dr Adu’s name mentioned, the mischief makers continue to deploy high tech tools to manipulate the video with the sole motive to diminish the soaring popularity of Dr Adu and dent his wider acceptability.
Dr Olumuyiwa Adu remains undeterred by these puerile antics and has reinforced his commitment to the ongoing struggle to emancipate the long- forgotten masses with better representation.
Our supporters should expect more of these campaigns of calumny during this electioneering period as many politicians will resort to character assassination to score cheap popularity.
It must be emphasized that no amount of cheap blackmails can discourage the ordained senatorial ambition of Dr Adu who will emerge victorious in the senatorial political contest despite its competitiveness.
Investigations are ongoing to unravel the source(s) of this malicious content as appropriate legal actions will be taken to seek commensurate redress.
